POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Cost Analyst role will work within the Market Research, Analytics, and Costing Team as a key contributor in executing the Company’s strategy for managing third-party facility maintenance service providers. The Cost Analyst will be responsible for aligning service provider costs with new potential clients. The Cost Analyst will also be responsible for making sure that the service providers aligned hit the companies target margin thresholds.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the needs of new potential clients and align the proper costs for the dealEnhance and update pro forma modelAnalyze service provider alignment to ensure cost are in line with marketSupport strategic company initiatives as neededGather information, synthesize and communicate project statuses to stakeholders
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Analytical mindset, advanced in MS Excel
Structured approach/style leveraging consistent methods
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Understanding and/or some experience with MS Access/relational databases
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Management or related discipline
