We are looking for a highly talented, passionate and analytical individual to join our growing BizOps team. This team is a small and talented cross-functional group that works directly with the executive leadership team to shape the external direction and internal processes of our growing company. The team is made up of former Consultants from Bain and BCG, with operating experience at leading tech companies like eBay, Trulia, Meraki and Sales Rabbit. The position is ideal for young professionals seeking Business Operations, Business Analytics and/or Marketing experience at an early stage tech startup experiencing rapid growth. Peeks executive leadership team holds MBAs from Stanford GSB, HBS, Berkeley Haas and NYU Stern, and working on the Peek BizOps team is a great way to gain valuable operating experience in advance of pursuing an MBA at a top-tier program or starting your own entrepreneurial endeavor.
Required Skills
- Work directly with VP of Business Operations (ex-Bain) to help guide Peeks short and long-term growth and monetization strategy
- Tackle the highest priority strategic questions for our organization, and lead the core BizOps team responsible for strategic initiatives, operational insights and strategy across all of Peek
- Define, develop and execute highly visible projects such as entering new markets, playing an active role in bringing new products to market, and analyzing and optimizing the performance of current product offerings • Work with frontline operations team (i.e., Sales, Onboarding, Support) to establish and optimize business processes to help the company scale
- Business Analytics • Work with VP of Finance & VP of Operations (ex-Morgan Stanley & BCG) to lead analytics/tracking of internal processes to streamline business operations
- Help develop metrics and KPIs to help Peek achieve its strategic business objectives
- Analyze performance of existing Product, Marketing and BD campaigns in order to improve performance and identify new high-value opportunities
- Work with Head of Marketing to drive projects and analyze data to increase lead generation
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to develop effective segmentation strategies
- Test and refine email, paid search, and remarketing campaigns to increase the productivity of our Sales team
