Employer Brands are the most dynamic, demanding brands companies ever need to build... are you up to the challenge of building one for a fast-growing team on a global scale?

If you aren't sure what an Employer Brand is, this post isn't for you. We need someone who has been here from the start, who can point to their last 6-8 years of job experience and show how they've been an influencer as EB has really found its footing in the world of Talent Acquisition. Not that you need that much experience in Employer Branding—just that you've been in the right orbits, know the lingo, and most importantly, know the people. And that's because you'll be building our team, and so the most important thing you bring to the table is your ability to reach out to your network and build a high quality team quickly! Other qualifications we're looking for? Show us you can do the job. We're less interested in where you went to school than we are in your ability to do the job we need you to do... so show us, we're watching.

What you can expect

In your first month, you'll...

    • Work with our CHRO, Director of TA, Director of Internal Communications, and Director of Brand to come up with an integrated plan for our EB.
    • Work with our TA team to get their input on where and how an EB can really help boost our TA efforts
    • Earn everyone's trust and get a reputation as the right person for the job. Because let's face it: having the position may give you the charter, but having the right relationships will give you the ability to execute.

In the first 3 months, you'll...

    • Review all the research we've done to date
    • Review all our current Recruitment Marketing efforts
    • Review our brand guidelines, internal comms cadence, and get to know our HR Tech stack
    • Lead the planning process for building an EB strategy that pulls everything together
    • Deliver your plan to our executive team
    • Edit as/if necessary
    • Get a thumbs up from the execs

In your 1st year, you'll...

    • Deliver a measurably improved EB experience
    • Deliver a measurably improved Candidate Experience to both our sourced candidates and our applicants
    • Stand on a stage—or get interviewed in a podcast, or lead a webinar—where you receive public accolades for what you've achieved
