In-person events provide us with a valuable opportunity to shape our audience’s perceptions of Lever, increasing brand awareness and improving our overall brand position while driving toward harder goals like lead generation and upsell. We’re looking for someone to join our team who will own our events programs, including things like tradeshows, conferences and events to demonstrate that we’re an industry leader in strategy and best practices.

Lever operates in an exciting and growing- but crowded- marketplace. We are looking for an ultra-creative professional to help us accomplish this; you are also detail-oriented, a pro when it comes to organization, and deadline driven. On top of that you have a passion for creating amazing experiences that delight our customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.

Our brand occupies a premium position in the HR tech space so it’s vital that our events leader has a sophisticated understanding of branding, and how to strengthen a brand through the creation of the right kind of experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to be the point person for Lever’s entire events program. You’ll own Lever’s approach to our events program, as well as the planning and execution. If you’re passionate about being our go-to events guru, we want to talk to you!

    • Secure dates and venues for all Lever branded events in H2 of 2018, and take over planning for major conferences on the calendar.
    • Document your learnings as you dig into what makes Lever events successful, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event requirements.

As an expert in event planning, you’ll own the pre-, onsite and post-event strategy, and help us be the vendor that everyone is talking about (in the right way).

WITHIN 6 MONTHS YOU'LL...

    • Own the execution of Lever’s annual  Talent Innovation Summit. You'll be point of contact, both internally and externally,  and will own the coordination of all things Summit.
    • In order to make sure the Summit  goes off without a hitch, you will: staff the event with Leveroos, project manage our event agency, coordinate load in and load out with the venue, ensure all speakers are lined up and travel and accommodations are set, call the show, and own the creative and entertainment aspects of the event!
    • Post-event, you will collect feedback from attendees and internal stakeholders (via a retrospective, surveys, etc.) to hit your NPS goal of 8 or higher, as well as to create a Summit-specific playbook that we can use as a blueprint for future years that will include strategic recommendations on how to improve for next year’s Summit.
