Lever builds software for teams to source, interview, and hire top talent. Our team strives to set a new bar for enterprise software with modern, well-designed, real-time apps. We participated in Y Combinator in summer 2012, and since then have raised $33 million. This year, we're doubling the team in size, and we're looking forward to supporting more great companies like Netflix, Eventbrite, and Shopify.

In-person events provide us with a valuable opportunity to shape our audience’s perceptions, increasing brand awareness and improving our overall brand position while driving toward harder goals like lead generation and upsell. We’re looking for someone to join our team who will own our events programs, including things like tradeshows, conferences and events to demonstrate that we’re an industry leader in strategy and best practices.

Our new Marketing Events and Experiences Manager  will play an absolutely critical part in helping differentiate the Lever brand while meeting our broader company objectives. We are looking for an ultra-creative professional to help us accomplish this; you are also detail-oriented, a pro when it comes to organization, and deadline driven. On top of that you have a passion for creating amazing experiences that delight our customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.

WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU'LL...

    • Participate in our onboarding program, Ramp Camp,  to learn about our core values, design thinking, our history,  and meet your teams and leaders from across the organization.
    • Get fully up to speed on our brand guidelines by meeting with our internal design team and reviewing existing brand book materials.
    • Document your learnings as you dig into what makes events successful, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event requirements.
    • Get fully up to speed on our brand guidelines by meeting with our internal design team and reviewing existing brand book materials.
    • Review current Talent Innovation Summit plan with the Director of Demand Generation and our event agency. Understand full scope of budget, objectives, goals, and timelines; join monthly event agency calls to drive event ownership and deadlines and be able to set agenda and drive agency calls by the end of the month.
    • Secure dates and venues for all Lever branded events, and take over planning for major conferences on the calendar.
    • Document your learnings as you dig into what makes events successful, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event requirements.
