We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to create stand-out online and offline events to grow awareness, attract leads, nurture prospects, educate clients, build our tech reputation and enhance our employer brand. You will also take charge of our presence at independent events where we are sponsoring or exhibiting.
In your first three to six months, you’ll be responsible for managing Attest’s scheduled panel events, workshops and external events. You’ll also be working with internal stakeholders to launch a lead generation and nurture webinar programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing Attest’s Online & Offline Events - Multiple events in many different and creative formats: annual conference, networking events, presentations/panels, workshops, dinners, recorded and live webinars and more.
- Responsible for end-to-end internal events management - including budget management, operations, content creation, speaker recruitment, team coordination and branding.
- Managing our presence at third party events (e.g. trade shows) - including execution of our contract (making sure they fulfil their obligations), all operations related activities pre-event, during and post-event, coordinating other team members, maximising our ROI and reporting.
What You'll Bring to the Company
- At least 5+ years track record of creating and hosting impactful events at a fast-growth, B2B/SaaS technology startup/ scale-up
- Evidence of being able to recruit high level speakers
- Evidence of being able to create targeted content
- Experience of developing or running a webinar programme
- Experience in project management, budgeting and managing multiple events/initiatives in parallel
Nice to Have Experience
- A background in both operations and content development is a major plus
- Experience of public speaking/hosting events/panels
- Existing relationships with brands that work in tech, marketing or B2B
- Previous experience working at fast-growth startup
- Some experience within the market research field (major plus)
