Lever builds software for teams to source, interview, and hire top talent. Our team strives to set a new bar for enterprise software with modern, well-designed, real-time apps.
We are looking for a highly versatile and entrepreneurial person to drive some of our most critical priorities. You will report directly to the CEO and gain deep exposure to early-stage company-building across a variety of functions. You will wear many hats to help drive and assist with key strategic and business operations initiatives across a variety of functions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the CEO to lead business development, sales and product discovery efforts with potential vendors and partners
- Leverage working knowledge of consumer, category and brand to identify, develop and execute business building initiatives which deliver against the brand strategy and our business and marketing objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships both internally and externally, forming strategic partnerships to support the business
- Work cross-functionally with key teams, including product, creative, brand and more to develop opportunities to meet business needs
- Be our finance lead, working very closely with our CEO to develop long-term and annual budgets as well as working closely with our external accountants
- Lead and assist with sustainability and industry research
Who You Are
- Versatile and ambitious, with the ability to share and drive complex and unstructured problems with minimal supervision
- Excellent quantitative skills, attention to detail and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytic, research and negotiating skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Results oriented – Focuses on objectives and initiatives to drive for superior results
- Project management/organization skills, time management skills and meeting planning skills required
- Demonstrate high level of complex technical problem solving
- Strong interest in sustainability
- Able self-starter who can function in a small team environment
- Ability to travel both domestically and abroad as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience at a leading financial institution or consulting firm
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
- Strong project management, organizational and executional skills
- Experience at a start-up preferred but not required
