Are you looking to take your experience in recruitment, human resources, and / or talent management to new heights? We seek a Talent Management Specialist to act as a full-cycle recruiter, manage employee on boarding and success, and assist the Executive Director, Strategic Talent Management in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, and develop the organization's talent. This position helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.
In addition, this position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative activities to support the department and Executive Director, Strategic Talent Management such as screening applicants for manager review, maintaining the talent database, maintaining the onboarding portal, the referral portal, reporting on key performance indicators for the unit, as well as the professional development calendar. Utilizing marketing and communications skills, the individual will create strategic plans to reach out to prospective candidates. This position oversees the activities of an employee engagement committee, ensuring that volunteer staff members have necessary resources to complete projects and other activities.
Requirements
- Background in HR or People Operations
- 3+ years' experience in related roles of increasing responsibility
- Experience with strategic sourcing methods
- Attention to detail
