Thycotic is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources (HR) with expertise in all aspects of HR management to be part of a dynamic and cohesive HR team in a rapid growth environment. 

Based in our Washington DC headquarters, this individual will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and Global HR team to build, implement, improve and manage all the functional areas of human resources that support our business goals and growth. This includes managing policies, programs and services that ensure legal compliance, reinforce Thycotic's reputation as a “Best Place to Work”, and increase the engagement and retention of our employees.

This is both a strategic and hands-on position that provides HR leadership and support to the US/Americas regions, but also working closely with our international HR colleagues to ensure we are globally aligned.
